Like all of Spotless’s cleaners at the Melbourne and Avalon Airports, Sandeep is asking for no more than a 00 allowance that all the other cleaners at Melbourne Airport receive. West Leichhardt Cattle Station, Australian Travel Video Guide

Thirty minutes drive from Mt. Isa, West Leichhardt station is a 310000 acre cattle station. Up here there are two seasons, the dry and the wet. Currently it is the end of the dry season, a time of maintenance and repair. It’s also a time of waiting…waiting for the first rains to hit. The land is harsh and dry, having gone up to 40 weeks without rain. I interviewed station owner Ron Croft about life in the outback.

This flight was conducted at Moorabbin Airport, YMMB, on Sunday the 29th of November, 2009. Moorabbin Airport is located in Melbourne, Australia. It is one of the busiest airports in the country – based on the sheer volume of flights that arrive and depart there, which is mostly made up of training flights. Engine: Lycoming IO360 180BHP (2700RPM) Avionics: Garmin G1000 Cruise: 120 Kts (216kph) MTOW: 2550lbs (1159kg) Fuel: 201 Lt Usable (53 US. Gallons) Burn Rate: 36 Lt/hr (Leaned) Range: 5h35m / 670Nm / 1240km / 770 miles Service Celing: 14000 Ft Fixed Pitch propellor (Diameter: 76in, 190cm) Please note this is a training flight. The pliot flying (Pre-licence) is sitting on the left hand seat, and the instructor (Pilot-in-command) is sitting on the right hand seat. While the pilot flying is in control of the operational aspect of the flight for virtually most of the flight, the Instructor acts as the overseer of the flight – making sure everything is kept within limitations and safe. Therefore – Any criticism really isn’t that necesarry. The PF has since been awarded his PPL (Private Pilot’s Licence) as of December 2009. Outback Travel Australia – Camper Trailer Torture Test

Allan Whiting of Outback Travel Australia organised a Camper Trailer Torture Test that took place during July 2010. Mitsubishi’s range of four wheel drives; Pajero, Challenger and Triton towed the six participating camper trailers on the 10000+ km test. Camper trailers on the test included Cub, Kimberley, Heaslip, Challenge, Track Trailer, Trak Shak, all endured numerous deep river crossings, bull-dust, mud, rocky and corrugated tracks without suffering any damage. The camper trailers provided very comfortable homes away from home for the test team during the month long trip.
